These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://get.aperturelabs.dev, the Aperture product, and any consulting or professional services delivered by Aperture Labs LLC (“Aperture Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity, security, or availability of the service.
- Submit content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or designed to harass or defraud.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to derive source code from the site or its APIs.
- Misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of an organization.
Inquiries and consulting engagements
Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a contract. Specific consulting engagements are governed by a separate written statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, milestones, pricing, and IP ownership for that engagement.
Products
The Aperture product is offered through a separate product application; its use is governed by the product's own terms, presented at sign-up. The materials on this marketing site are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, design, logos, marks, and code — remains the property of Aperture Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. No rights are granted by your use of the site except as expressly stated.

Visitor activity analysis

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
